1.Application of Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all applicants entering the contest through "3rd Perfume Dance Contest -Miseyo, BUDOKAN!-" website (hereafter referred to as "the Website") administered by Amuse Inc. Amuse may consign the management duties of the website to cooperating companies, partner companies and/or outsourcing companies that have agreed to the non-disclosure agreement. These companies all together will be referred to as "the Organizer".2.Terms of Use of the Website
The applicants acknowledge and agree that once the works are submitted to the Website, the uploaded file and the information will be available on the Website and the video outlet chosen by the applicant. By entering the work, the applicants also agree to follow these terms and conditions as well as rules set by the video outlet chosen by the applicant.3.Organizer's Right to Utilize the Work
- The Organizer holds the right to utilize the work submitted by the applicants by means of broadcast (regardless of media) online transmission and exhibition including but not limited to "3rd Perfume Dance Contest -Miseyo, BUDOKAN!-" official Facebook and Perfume Official Staff Twitter once the Organizer finds it appropriate after necessary censorship.
- In case the work or the applicant is considered to be inappropriate or violates the terms and conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the submission and/or disqualify the applicant at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the applicant.
- That includes but is not limited to clauses mentioned in 4 below.
- The applicants shall accept, agree and comply with the administrative policy, method of administration and administrative decision regarding the contest, and shall not make objections to the same.
4.Withdrawal of Submission Materials
- Works that contain any material that may infringe or violate any law or any rights of the third party
- Works that exceeds the server load of the Website
- Works that do not meet the administrative standard of the Website
- Works that infringe the use of the Website by other applicants
- Works that contain any material relating to political activity
- Works that violate the rights of others including defamation, social credibility, privacy, likeness, publicity, copyright, intellectual property and/or any other rights protected by the law
- Works that may be considered as a slander, threat and/or harassment to the other applicants
- Works that contain any discriminatory material related to (but not limited to) ethnic group, race, religion, gender and/or age.
- Works that may lead to the cause of suicide, group suicide, self-mutilation and/or the use of illegal drugs and substances
- Works that contain obscene sexual material
- Works that contain materials causing excess discomfort to others including obscenity, violence and/or other inappropriate expressions
- Uploading materials and/or posting links with obscene degree of exposure
- Uploading links to websites posting child prostitution, pornography and/or obscene sexual videos
- Any activities involving business, auction and/or payment without the consent of the Organizer
- Any activities involving promotion, advertisement, spam e-mails, chain e-mails and/or solicitation without the consent of the Organizer
- Identity fraud
- Works that contain inappropriate content by public order and/or common standard
- Any activities leading to the streaming of videos by providing false and/or misleading information
- Any works and/or activities equivalent to the above
5.Eligibility
- Works must not violate the clauses set in 4 above.
- Works must use the audio of "Pick Me Up" and / or "Perfect Star, Perfect Style" provided on the Website and official Facebook page.
- Works must be filmed using fixed camera and must not be edited or processed.
- Works submitted and/or videos and photography of the finals may be used on Perfume's official website and/or medias including (but not limited to) TV, magazines, newspapers, and/or online for promotional purposes.
- Number of participants per group shall be limited to one to twenty persons.
- No multiple entry is allowed by a participant in different teams.
- Applicants/participants must be of amateur status and must not be signed to a management or engaged in show business unless separately approved by the organizer.
6.Entry Regulations and Guildeline
- Applicants must turn off the "comment" function when uploading their works by following the instruction provided on the video outlet chosen by the applicant.
- The Organizer will not accept cancellation of entry or change of information of the applicants once entry is completed.
- The Organizer will not accept the change of e-mail address once entry is completed.
- The Organizer will not edit and/or make changes to the works.
- Applicants/participants with the age of 19 or under must obtain consent by parents or guardian.
- The Organizer will not be held responsible for any issues which occur under no consent by parents or guardian.
- To attend the finals, contestants with the age of 19 or under must submit the signed consent or be chaperoned by parents or guardian.
- All contestants must agree to cover all costs to participate at the finals including transportation, hotel and/or any other costs inquired.
7.Exemption Clause
- Works submitted are open to everyone. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any conflicts or claim made in regards to the works.
- The Organizer may not guarantee the accuracy, legality, morality, concurrency and/or suitability of the works or information posted on the Website.
- In the case of any conflict or claim made due to the usage of the Website or the link posted on the Website (or unavailability of the Website or link), the organizer shall not be held responsible for the settlement.
- In the case of any violation of the terms and conditions by the applicant or other applicants, the applicants agree to exempt the Organizer from any legal action including argument and/or lawsuit.
- All communication expenses incurred from the usage of the Website shall be the responsibility of the applicants even in case of conflicts.
8.Use of Information
The applicants agree to the usage of information submitted to enter the contest by the Organizer (including all personal information registered to enter the contest).Personal information shall only be used for the entry and administration of the contest.

9.Translation Disclaimer
The terms and conditions are the translation of the original terms and conditions written in Japanese for the purpose of providing non-Japanese speakers with information regarding the contest and the Website and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Tokyo District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over all disputes arising in connection with the contest. In the case of any discrepancy between the translation and the original Japanese version, the Japanese version shall rule.10.Amendments of the Website and Terms and Conditions
The Organizer shall reserve the rights to make amendments on the Website and/or the Terms and Conditions without any prior notification.The applicants agree to comply with any amendments once made.
The Website may discontinue its service without any prior notification.
11.Copyright
Amuse Inc. shall hold the right of likeness and copyright of the videos uploaded onto video outlet by the applicants to enter the contest on the Website.12.Review and Judgement
- The organizer may individually contact the applicants.
- In case the e-mail address is invalidated and/or the Organizer is unable to contact the applicants for any reason, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.
- In case the Organizer is unable to contact the applicants after a set period from the announcement of official result, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the applicants.
- The applicants may be asked to submit (but not limited to) full names, mailing addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses of all contestants in the group.
- The applicants may be asked to submit (but not limited to) proof of identification such as driver's license and/or passport.
- Qualification to move forward with the contest is only valid for the applicant and the contestants in that group. The right may not ne transferred to the third party.
- All submitted works are reviewed and judged fairly and justly; however, the criteria of judgment will not be disclosed.
